In the event of cancellation for circumstances beyond the Retreat Host and/or as a result of acts of God such as, but not limited to hurricanes, death in the family, medical emergency, covid infection of participant or a family member within 14 days of first day of retreat, 100% of the deposits paid shall be refunded, minus $500 USD handling fee.
