The Food Edition
Seven days of savoring nourishing food
We’re so used to ignoring the craving, or feeling guilty when we finally let ourselves enjoy it. You know the moment: you really wanted the grilled asiago and prosciutto on sourdough, and you ordered the salad instead. Yes, we need structure and discipline in our lives, and we are also meant to SAVOR the food that feeds us.
Let’s see what happens when we slow down, taste every bite, and let ourselves receive nourishing food.

This fall, I am keeping it simple.
For several years, I’ve guided women through my 10-day Ayurvedic Reset. I love that work, and I’ve also seen how overwhelming it can feel when you have a family, a full-time job, and a life that doesn’t pause for ten days.
So this year, I’m shifting into the SAVOR vibe: less doing, more receiving.
I’ve distilled the reset down to its heart: simple daily rhythms, warm nourishing foods, and the encouragement to slow down and actually enjoy what’s on your plate. Each morning, you’ll get one small invitation, plus a handful of my favorite cozy recipes from the reset.
Sometimes the deepest reset is the simplest one—a gentle routine, and slowing down long enough to taste your food.
If you’ve cleansed with me before, this is the other half of that work. The reset helped your body break from old habits and discover what truly nourishes it. Savor teaches you to enjoy it.
What if you tasted your food instead of fighting it?
Right now, millions of women take a weekly shot to make their food cravings go quiet. Millions more do it the old-fashioned way, with strict diets, rigid rules, and apps that count every bite.
Either way, we turn ourselves down. Smaller and quieter, until even our appetite for our own lives goes quiet too.
I’m not judging any woman’s choices. The pressure to be smaller has been aimed at us our whole lives. But underneath wanting to be thinner or healthier, what you really want is to feel something. You want to feel good in your body: strong, fluid, vital, and free.
You can start practicing that feeling at your very next meal. That’s what Savor is for!
Your sense of taste is the reset.
We were taught that pleasure is a reward you earn after the real work is done. Dessert after you clean your plate. The treat after a week of being “good.”
I want to offer you something different.
Pleasure is information, your body’s clearest signal of a YES. When you slow down and really taste your food, you feel satisfied sooner, and you start to notice what gives you energy versus what just fills a gap. A woman who can taste her coffee can also feel when a decision is right for her. This is the same listening.
In Ayurveda, digestion begins before the first bite: the smell from the pan, the colors on the plate, the breath before you eat. Your body already knows what nourishes it. This week, we will listen.
None of this requires a rigid diet or one more thing on your to-do list. Just seven days of making your meals a priority and paying a different kind of attention to the food already on your plate.
How the 7 days will work inside of Savor…
Every morning, a voice note lands in your Telegram. A small practice, a small focus, a small permission for the day’s meals. Listen while you make breakfast or walk the dog. Three to five minutes. Then you go about your ordinary day, with one thing to SAVOR.
We will gather live on Zoom, once to begin our experiment and again at the end to celebrate. You will be in a room with other women doing the same quiet, radical thing. The company is half the magic!
No rigid diet. No counting. No catching up if you miss a day. Nothing to perform.
I am a mother of three, a yoga teacher, and a business owner who has tried all the things to align my life with health and vitality. My first workouts were Cindy Crawford videos. Then came almost a decade of chasing the runner's high. In the late 90s, curiosity led me to yoga, and it has kept evolving with me for over 25 years.I tried all the diets too. Sometimes to get skinnier, sometimes to heal my gut. Every one taught me something. But it was Ayurveda that finally taught me to trust my appetite and let my own rhythms hold me. That is when I felt it: the freedom and pleasure that come when you simply feel good instead of obsessed. This is where I land now. I am healthy enough. I want to savor these last few years while my kids are still home. I want to move my body with strength and ease until I am 100. And I want to trust myself enough to have the audacity to follow my desires.I want the same for you. Your boldest, sparkliest life. Savor is where you begin reclaiming what is already beautiful in yours.xo,JenelleWho is guiding this Savor experiment?
This is for you if…
You have a full, capable life, and a relationship with food that feels more like management than enjoyment. You’re tired of food being a math problem. You want more energy without another round of restriction. You like the idea of a teacher in your ear each morning and a circle of women alongside you.
Savor is the opposite of one more thing to get right. You do not need another diet to feel good in your body. You just have to stop overriding the part of you that already knows what it’s hungry for.
Seven days. Slow, gentle nourishment. Let’s see how you feel.
CREATE YOUR SACRED SPACE
For the Food Edition, I’ll also guide you to set a small place at your own table: a cloth napkin, a candle, your favorite bowl. Somewhere at least one meal a day can feel like an offering to yourself.
DAILY TELEGRAM INSPIRATION
As soon as you sign up you will be invited to join me in our private telegram channel where I will be dropping daily voice notes as well as offering a space for you to share what is alive for you and what’s on your plate during this experiment.

No. There’s nothing that you have to cut out and nothing to count. Savor is about how you eat & when you eat vs. what you’re allowed to eat.
