 In this course, we learn about and implement ten essential habits that will provide the foundation for the body and the mind to naturally return to balance. This is not another 30 day quick fix protocol or fad diet.  This is a ten month course that will shift your perspective and up-level what you believe is possible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

MEET JENELLE

I teach this because
it changed my life.

I was living what looked like a healthy life when my body started telling a different story. Eating well, exercising, sleeping — and still dealing with gut issues, heartburn, and hives almost every night. I had already been doing all the gut healing things with my naturopathic doctor and I didn’t want to do another elimination diet or take more supplements. I remember thinking: there must be an easier way to find ease.

The answer came through one simple shift — an earlier, lighter dinner. The inflammation disappeared. The hives stopped. The heartburn was gone. It wasn't about WHAT I was eating. It was about the RHYTHM of my meals & my daily life. Once I felt that, I kept going — habit by habit, season by season — until I felt the vitality I remembered having as a child. This gave me the energy and clarity I needed to start my business.

That's why I do this work. Not from a textbook — from my own body, my own healing, my own morning practice that I return to every single day. For over 20 years I have held space for transformation, and since 2018 I have been coaching women back to themselves through Ayurveda, somatic awareness, and seasonal living.

I am a mother of three and a recovering people pleaser, so I know what it feels like to give everything to everyone else and have nothing left. And I also know what becomes possible when you finally decide your own nourishment matters.

Group Coaching Experience

This is one year of guidance, accountability, and support that is designed for women who are ready to prioritize their own self care and give from their fullness vs. depletion.

Lifestyle Medicine reminds you that what you do on a daily basis creates the foundation for how you feel in your life and also for who you are. When you practice healthy eating and sleeping patterns, as well as consistent movement, breath, and meditation practices, you start to rewire your nervous system to a state of steadiness and ease. As you feel more relaxed, your perspective on your life starts to expand, and you begin to believe that bigger dreams are possible for you.

 
  • Nourishment.

    In this course, you will learn to eat intuitively and listen to the wisdom of your body as you practice eating in rhythm (2-3 meals a day without snacking). Feel how this supports better digestion and greater vitality.

  • Movement.

    You will also integrate a daily practice to activate your energy with movement and breath work. Experience how this reduces stress, focuses your mind, and balances your nervous system

  • Stillness.

    Rest is another area that we will focus on in this course. You will prioritize time for stillness with a daily meditation practice as well as creating calming rituals before bed and throughout your day. Learn how to activate proper sleep rhythms with a regular routine and daily sunlight.
