Seven days of ordinary pleasure. Let’s see what happens when we allow ourselves to receive.

We’re used to forcing ourselves to ignore the craving, to choose the salad vs. the ham and cheese melt that you were actually longing for. A seven-day virtual experience for the woman who has gotten very good at everything except enjoying her own life.

Right now millions of women take a weekly shot that quiets the brain's reward circuits so food stops calling to them. It works. The cravings go quiet.

For some women, other things go quiet too. The pleasure of a slow meal. The pull toward what they used to love. A flatness where the wanting used to live.

I am not here to judge a single woman for what she does with her own body. The pressure to be smaller has been aimed at us our whole lives, and it does not let up.

But look at the direction of it. We have gotten good at turning ourselves down. The hunger, the wanting, the appetite for our own lives. Smaller and quieter, year after year.

Savor moves the other way.

For seven days, we turn the pleasure up on purpose. And we see what wakes up.

Instead of medicating and micromanaging our cravings. What if we turned the pleasure up instead?

You’re not numb, you’re just very, very busy.

You handle the schedules and the meals and the birthday gifts and the group texts and the thing your mother needs and the thing your body has been trying to tell you for a while now.

You are good at it. That is part of the problem.

Somewhere in all that competence, the pleasure went quiet. Not gone. Quiet. The morning coffee you drink standing up while answering an email. The shower you rush through. The meal you barely taste. The body you treat like a car that needs to make it to Friday.

If the kids are getting older and the house is getting quieter, you might be feeling it more. That low hum underneath the day. The question you do not quite let yourself ask: is this it?

Here is what I have watched happen, over and over, with women I work with. The problem is rarely that their lives are wrong. The problem is that they keep overriding their own knowing. They talk themselves out of the walk, the nap, the second cup, the yes, the no. They wait for permission that is never coming.

Savor is seven days of taking the permission back. One small pleasure at a time.

What pleasure actually is?

We were taught that pleasure is a reward you earn after the real work is done.

I want to offer you something different.

Pleasure is information. It is the body's clearest signal of a yes. When you learn to feel it in the small things, you start to feel it everywhere, including in the big questions about what you want your next chapter to hold. A woman who can taste her coffee can also feel when a decision is right for her. Same instrument.

Pleasure is also a frequency. What you savor, you tune toward. This is the quiet mechanics underneath everything I teach: attention is creative. The more you let yourself feel good in an ordinary Tuesday, the more your whole field starts to organize around that.

None of this requires a spa, a retreat, or a free weekend you do not have. It requires seven days of paying a different kind of attention.

How the 7 days will work inside of Savor…

Every morning, a voice note lands in your Telegram. Me, in your ear, no screen required. A small practice, a small provocation, a small permission for the day. You can listen while you make breakfast or walk the dog. Two or three minutes. Then you go live your ordinary day, with one thing to savor.

We gather live on Zoom [2–3] times across the week so it stays warm and human. You will be in a room with other women doing the same quiet, radical thing. That company is half the magic.

No homework. No catching up if you miss a day. Nothing to perform.

Day 1 — The first sip. Before the day claims you, one moment that belongs only to you.

Day 2 — Skin. Warmth, texture, the small yeses your body already knows how to give.

Day 3 — Taste. Eating one thing slowly enough to actually be there for it.

Day 4 — The pause. The pleasure hiding inside silence and the held breath.

Day 5 — Beauty. What your eye keeps landing on when you let it.

Day 6 — Movement. Letting the body move the way it wants to, not the way it should.

Day 7 — Desire. What has woken up this week, and what it is asking for next.

Who is guiding this Savor experiment?

I am Jenelle. For more than twenty-five years I have taught Kundalini Yoga, and I coach women through Ayurveda and the rhythms of their own bodies. My whole work comes down to one thing: helping you come home to your own knowing.

Savor is the doorway. Small on purpose. Seven days to remember that your life is happening now, and that you are allowed to enjoy it.

This is for you if…

You have a full, capable life and a nagging sense that you are watching it more than living it. You are curious about pleasure as a practice, not a purchase. You like the idea of a teacher in your ear each morning and a small circle of women alongside you.

It is probably not for you if you are looking for a rigid program with rules to follow. Savor is the opposite of one more thing to get right. You do not have to overhaul your life to feel more alive in it. You just have to stop overriding the part of you that already knows how.

Seven days. Ordinary pleasure. Let's see what wakes up.
