A Retreat for You to Find the Flow Between Effort & Ease

August 28-30, 2026 in McCall, ID

Your radiance is energy. It surfaces when you clear the noise, set down the shoulds, and come back into alignment with your body and your own deepest knowing.

There is a quiet voice in you that already knows. It speaks at 2 a.m. when the house finally goes still. It knows there is a different way to move through your days, your work, your body, your relationships. And most of the time you talk yourself out of it, because the life you planned is reasonable, responsible, and approved of by everyone around you.

This weekend, you get to listen instead.

We are gathering ten women at a private home on the water near McCall for three days of yoga, breath, ceremony, rest, and real connection. You will eat beautiful food you didn't cook. You will sleep. You will move energy that has been stuck for longer than you knew. And you will leave reconnected to the woman you have been quietly becoming all along.

In yoga we call this svastha — abiding in the self. Your natural state of wholeness, waiting underneath everything you carry.

You have a practice, or the beginnings of one. You read the books. You understand the connection between energy, belief, and the life you live.

And you are tired of being the responsible one. Tired of holding it all together for everyone else while your own desires wait their turn. You feel the pull toward something more alive, and you want a few days to actually follow it.

If your body said yes while reading that, this weekend is for you.

The Heart of the Weekend: The Divine Flow

Everything we practice together moves through one idea, the Divine Flow — the dance between creation and surrender.

Most women live at one extreme or the other. Some grip their vision so tightly they strangle it. Others let the vision go completely and call the collapse "surrender." The Divine Flow is both at once: holding a desire clearly while releasing your grip on how and when it arrives.

Over three days you will feel both currents in your own body. You will name a desire and give it fire. You will learn to let go of the outcome without abandoning the dream. This is the most feminine technology I know, and it is the thread that runs through everything below.

Three teachings we’ll explore…

  • Shiva & Shatki

Shiva is consciousness, the still witness, the grounding current that brings spirit into form. Shakti is energy, the creative spark, the rising current that longs for freedom. Their dance creates everything. We will work with both inside your own body and feel how creation and surrender belong to each other.

  • Kriya

Kriya means action. These are precise sequences of breath, movement, mantra, and mudra that move stuck energy and shift your frequency. Think of them as formulas: do the practice, feel the state change. We will explore what Kriya is, the effect it has on your nervous system, and how a few minutes a day can change the energy you bring to your whole life.

  • Divine Flow

Vision without surrender becomes control. Surrender without vision becomes collapse. We will practice holding both, on the mat and in the choices waiting for you at home. You will leave with a practice for making decisions from a knowing that does not need proof.

Meet Your Guides

  • Jenelle Carberry

Jenelle has been holding space for transformation for over 20 yrs. She started teaching yoga in 2003, then began her business as a life coach in 2018. She continues to enjoy offering humans of all ages experiences that allow them to turn inward and connect to the peace, love and healing that is found within. She does this with yoga, breathwork, meditation, circle sharing, ceremony, and Ayurvedic lifestyle tools.

It is important for Jenelle to bring love and authenticity into everything that she does. She walks her talk and only teaches from her own life experience. She has recently been finding more contentment from doing less and realizing that she is already enough.

  • Amanda Davis

Amanda is an artist. She believes everything is an art to be curated. Amanda will be offering us her creative eye to lovingly plan and prepare our food during our retreat.

Knowing that we eat with our eyes first, Amanda uses her 20 years of creating food for photos & video to visually draw you into what you’re about to experience. With deep Idaho roots, she will use bright color, fragrant smells and simple flavors to comfort your soul while your body is fed with fresh, locally sourced foods. Your senses will go on a journey with each specially crafted meal you eat. Sit down with me, be fed, talk with ease & feel nourished on all levels.
