You’ll enjoy warm, simple, cleansing and nourishing foods like kitchari, cooked veggies, fruit, and healing broths all designed to be easy on your gut and grounding for your systm. Adjustments for your dietary preferences are supported as well (you can include animal products). I’ll guide you through modifications.

I recommend focusing on doing this reset for you. Some of the recipes you can make for the whole family and others they will not be so fond of. Keep it simple for you and maybe do some of the usual meals for your crew.

You have an opportunity to CUSTOMIZE your cleanse according to what you need, and how much time you’ve got. Sometimes I will simply focus on not snacking and eliminating sugar, wheat, and dairy for my cleanse.
Many of us have full time jobs and households to run so we don’t have time for a complicated protocol.
Your packet is filled with a lot of great information and you don't need to do all of it. You can continue to refer to it every season that you cleanse. I recommend choosing just a few things to focus on each time.
I will teach you a number of tools to boost your digestion and improve gut health long term. I will teach you about having a consistent daily rhythm, which will include moving your body, and quieting your mind. And.. you don't have to do all of it. You only have to do what you're ready for.
