A Retreat for You to Tend to Your Inner Light
August 22-24, 2025 in McCall, ID
A woman’s radiance doesn’t come from her appearance, it comes from her energy. Her radiance is uncovered when she clears the noise, sheds the “shoulds”, and chooses to live in alignment with her body, her intuition, and her soul.
We are welcoming ten women to join us at a private lake front property in Black Hawk Lake community near McCall, ID. This weekend will NURTURE you. It will open your heart to experience more joy, and inspire you to see more beauty in your ordinary life.
This retreat is for women who want to find peace within themselves. A space for you to be fully you and know that you are enough. In Ayurveda, this is called svastha, which translates to “abiding in the self”. This is an invitation for you to remember your natural state of wholeness. You’ll leave feeling renewed, radiant, and reconnected to the essence of who you are—more in love with yourself and with life.
Included will be:
Daily Yoga - Gentle asanas and kriyas to connect to your body & awaken your energy
Rose Tea Ceremony - A heart opening practice to calm the mind and soothe the soul
Ayurveda-Inspired Meals - Artfully prepared, seasonal, nourishing food
Afternoon Yoga Nidra - A guided journey into rest, repair, and surrender
Ojas Practices - How to cultivate and preserve your life force and immunity
Tea Talks - on practical wisdom for bringing your radiance into your daily life
Self Massage - Heal your relationship with your body through loving touch
Herbal Infusions - Hands-on learning and recipes to take home
Aphrodisiac Wisdom - to strengthen your fulfillment and desire
Lunar Rhythm Guidance - Balance your hormones and energy through the moon’s cycles
Silent Nature Walk - Time for reflection and journal prompts
Stand Up Paddle Boarding - Enjoy peace and play on a quiet, pristine lake
Sacred Circles - Opening and closing circles to connect and be witnessed
“Her nervous system had been through so much. She decided to spend the rest of her life calming the inflammation. Thoughts, feelings, memories, behavior, relations. She soothed it all with deep, Loving breaths, and gentle practices. The softer she became with herself, the softer she became with the world, which became softer with her. She birthed a new cycle: Peace.”

Seasons of Life
We’ll explore how to honor the different phases of a woman’s life through Ayurveda. You'll learn about the four aims and four stages of life and how they align with the doshas. This ancient map helps us navigate life transitions and reclaim peace, clarity, and purpose at every age.
-
Self-Massage
Abyangha is an Ayurveda massage with warm oil that nourishes and increases resiliency for the body and the nervous system. Warm oil softens the tissues, improves circulation, and helps the body detoxify through the skin. It is also a wonderful way that you can heal your relationship with your body. While you massage you will offer gratitude for all of the ways that your body supports you. When practiced with this energy, self-massage is an act of love.
-
Herbal Infusions
This is natural medicine in a cup. Herbal infusions are stronger than tea & are enjoyed warm or cold. They are the simplest way to get the power of plants into your life. There are unique combinations of herbs that help with stress, lethargy, too hot, too dry, etc. We will learn how to make a few different blends together and enjoy drinking throughout our weekend.

Jenelle Carberry
Jenelle has been holding space for transformation for over 20 yrs. She started teaching yoga in 2003, then began her business as a life coach in 2018. She continues to enjoy offering humans of all ages experiences that allow them to turn inward and connect to the peace, love and healing that is found within. She does this with yoga, breathwork, meditation, circle sharing, ceremony, and Ayurvedic lifestyle tools.
It is important for Jenelle to bring love and authenticity into everything that she does. She walks her talk and only teaches from her own life experience. She has recently been finding more contentment from doing less and realizing that she is already enough.
