The shift that
changed everything for me.
Hi, I’m Jenelle! In 2017, I was homeschooling three children and running completely on empty. I was staying up too late, skipping meals, ignoring my body's signals, and pushing through — the way we're taught to admire.
It caught up with me in the form of digestive issues, hives, and food sensitivities that made eating feel overwhelming. I tried elimination diets. Supplement protocols. Rigid routines. Every solution felt like another thing to fight against.

Then I found Ayurveda — the ancient sister science to yoga that teaches us how to live in rhythm with nature. Not a quick fix. Not a 30-day detox. A return to something the body already knows.
The shifts were surprisingly simple. Eat your largest meal at midday. Stop grazing between meals. Create gentle rhythms around sleep. Let your body rest the way it was designed to.
My digestion improved. My skin cleared. My energy returned. And more than any of that — I trusted myself again. I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it.
That is the foundation of everything I teach in Lifestyle Medicine. Not more rules. A return to ease.

Nourishment.
In this course, you will learn to eat intuitively and listen to the wisdom of your body as you practice eating in rhythm (2-3 meals a day without snacking). Feel how this supports better digestion and greater vitality.

Movement.
You will also integrate a daily practice to activate your energy with movement and breath work. Experience how this reduces stress, focuses your mind, and balances your nervous system

Stillness.
Rest is another area that we will focus on in this course. You will prioritize time for stillness with a daily meditation practice as well as creating calming rituals before bed and throughout your day. Learn how to activate proper sleep rhythms with a regular routine and daily sunlight.
